Scott D. Lehman focuses his law practice in the areas of commercial transaction and litigation with specialization in construction and real estate development, having achieved special recognition as a Board Certified Construction Law Specialist by the Florida Bar.
Mr. Lehman represents developers, property owners, concessionaires, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals, in all aspects of entity formation, shareholder/partnership/operating agreements, licensing, the negotiation and preparation of design and construction documents, as well as in the negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation of claims involving design and construction contracts, design and construction defects, insurance, surety bonds, and related matters.
Mr. Lehman has represented clients in all aspects of the construction and development process for public, private and Public Private Partnership (PPP) construction projects, including airports, waste-water treatment facilities, universities, hotels, retail centers, office buildings, mixed-use facilities, parking garages, condominiums, multi-family, student and single-family housing.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Lehman founded Lehman Law, PLLC f/k/a Eisenberg Lehman, PLLC , served as general counsel for a 700 employee regional construction company, and was the Chief Legal Office and Principal of family owned construction and development companies.

- Drafted and Negotiated the Contract for Construction of a $90 Million mixed-use residential and commercial campus consisting of 6 buildings in Miami Lakes, FL.
- Drafted and negotiated the Contract for Construction of a $65 Million Public Private Partnership student housing facility in North Miami, FL.
- Negotiated the Contract for Construction of a $65 Million mixed-use office, retail and multi-family housing project in Coral Gables, FL.
- Negotiated the Contract for Construction of a $50 Million Public Private Partnership mixed-use office tower in Downtown Miami, FL.
- Drafted and negotiated the Contract for Construction of a $50 Million luxury waterfront single-family home in Coral Gables, FL.
- Managed complex construction defect litigation on behalf of the Construction Manager involving 709 residential condominium units, two towers and a parking garage podium on the Miami River.
- Managed the complex construction defect claim litigation on behalf of the Contractor involving a five-star condo-hotel with 28 luxury beachfront residences in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
- Managed Chinese Drywall Litigation on behalf of the Contractor of a 633 unit, two tower condominium on the Miami River in Brickell, FL.
- Drafted and negotiated the Contracts for Design and Construction of a $25 Million mixed-use residential, office and retail 3-building cluster in Miami Lakes, FL.
- Drafted and negotiated the Contract for Design of a $30 Million beachfront single-family Home in Golden Beach, FL.
- Negotiated the Contract for Construction of a $45 Million mixed-use parking garage in Sweetwater, FL.
- Negotiated the Contract for Construction for a $45 Million multi-family housing project in Camp Springs, MD.
- Drafted and negotiated the Contract for Construction of 2 - $30 Million condominiums in Brickell and Edgewater.
- Negotiated the Construction Management Agreement for a $25 Million mixed-use public parking garage in Miami Beach, FL.
- Drafted and negotiated the Design Build Agreement of a $16 Million Public-Private Partnership conversion of warehouse into state-of-the-art movie studio in the Miami Arts District.
- Drafted and negotiated the Contract for Construction of a $10 Million office renovation in Downtown Miami.
