Brandon Z. Borino

Brandon Z. Borino is an associate attorney primarily concentrating in the areas of corporate law, commercial real estate transactions, and other general transactional services.

Prior to joining SMGQ Law, Mr. Borino practiced as a corporate and transactional associate with a leading global law firm.

Mr. Borino earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. During his time in law school, he was a member of the International & Comparative Law Review.  

Before attending law school, Mr. Borino earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Florida International University. While at Florida International University, he worked part-time at a boutique litigation firm with a focus on first-party property insurance matters.
