Carlos M. Machado

Carlos M. Machado is a partner residing in our Coral Gables office, where he focuses his practice in the areas of commercial and residential real estate transactions, general commercial/civil litigation including personal injury & wrongful death cases, and lender representation in transactional as well as litigation matters.

Mr. Machado began his legal career at the full service Florida commercial law firm of Katz, Barron, Squitero & Faust, P.A. in its Coconut Grove, Florida office. He then went on to become a founding partner at Rodriguez & Machado, P.A. in Coral Gables, Florida. In the year 2000, he founded A.S.A.P. Title Corp., a duly licensed and insured title agency, to complement his law practice by offering comprehensive title work through his title company. Mr. Machado's clients include several major banking institutions in their commercial and residential lending transactions as well as in litigation matters, several large real estate developers and investors throughout South and Central Florida, insurance companies, condominium associations, local businesses located throughout South and Central Florida, and international clients in connection with their business dealings in the United States.

Mr. Machado is fluent in Spanish.
