Gus Suarez is a partner and chair of the Firm’s Health Care Practice Group, focusing his practice in the area of health care law and in representing health care providers and professionals with all of their legal needs.
Mr. Suarez enjoys over 33 years of legal experience. In the medical area, Mr. Suarez’s practice is concentrated on representing health care professionals and medical entities such as assisted living facilities, health care clinics, mental health centers, rehabilitation centers, diagnostic facilities, home health agencies, pharmacies, physicians and physician groups in connection with their highly regulated businesses.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Suarez was the founding member of the Health+Business Law Group in Miami and a founding partner of the firm Wilson, Suarez, Lopez & Gennett in Coral Gables.

  • Represented the holding company and seller of a Miami-Dade based home health agency in the sale and closing of the business for $16 million
