Olivia La Salle Minnis
Olivia La Salle Minnis is an associate attorney primarily concentrating in employment based immigration and PERM labor certification applications. Ms. Minnis also has experience in handling E-2 investment visas and family based petitions. Ms. Minnis received her B.A. in English Literature, Psychology, and Iberian Studies from Florida State University in 2010. Between 2010 and 2011, she interned for the U.S. Department of State in the Consular Section of the U.S. Embassy in Madrid, Spain, where she assisted in processing immigrant and nonimmigrant visas.
She received her law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2015, where she earned the Certificate in International and Comparative Law. In 2014, Ms. Minnis interned for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, where she assisted attorneys in Immigration Court, prepared court filings, and conducted legal research on a broad range of immigration matters.
